And lastly, I will talk to you by an incredible story about a hockey team that was rock bottom in every aspect of the sport, to the Stanley Cup champions. The St.Louis Blues of the 2018-2019 season is a story that will stay forever in the books of hockey, they start the season by acquiring some very good players from different teams, a brand new team for a fresh new season. But the season really did not start as they thought it would be, they start losing, losing… and losing to the point that at the half of the year they were last overall in the standings. It affects everything in the team, they fired their head coach, the direction was talking to re-trade all their good players, even in practice players were fighting each other it was chaos. After the All-star break, they had to think as a team to see what was wrong in their team, what they need to do to put some wins in their record, and well the fresh new coach had bring some type of energy because the team started to win.  And a player woke up, a goalie that nobody saw him at the beginning of the year as ‘’the savior’’ of the team. They started to win, they were winning everything, even after a win, the players went to a bar after a huge win and they heard a song (Gloria), they all start singing it and they made it as their winning song and the fans were loving it too. At the end, they stick together, everyone on the team was playing their role perfectly and at the end being the champs’. So all of this was to show you how a team chemistry you can completely change a season.
